Brazil’s Rousseff backs dictatorship abuses probe

President Dilma Rousseff, a former Marxist guerrilla who was jailed and tortured during Brazil’s military dictatorship, on Friday endorsed creation of a truth panel to probe human rights abuses during that dark period.
