Israel: Investigate Killings During Border Protests

Israel should conduct prompt, thorough, and independent criminal investigations into the killings of protesters by military forces on May 15, 2011. Fourteen people were killed during demonstrations in southern Lebanon, the Golan Heights, and the West Bank during the annual Palestinian commemoration of "Nakba Day." A fifteenth protester died of his wounds on May 16.
